Is Adobe’s Flash Player available by default on Windows Phone 8? The phone in question is Nokia Lumia 720.
Adobe has stopped developing Flash Player for mobile devices and there is no official release for Windows Phone.
Is there a work around to install flash player for Windows Phone 8?

i dont know if it exist something to download from somewhere, even you find something perhaps will not work on the windows mobile 8 phone, because it is not updated for this platform

Click the Tools menu, in the upper-right corner of Internet Explorer.
Note:
Ensure that your current website has rich media content. If the current website does not contain rich media content, Shockwave Flash Object doesn't appear in the list.
Open the page that has rich media content in Internet Explorer.
Click the Tools icon and choose Safety > ActiveX Filtering.
Close the browser and open it. Then, try to view the content.
Update Internet Explorer to get latest version of Flash Player
The content can require a later version of Flash Player than the one you have installed. See if you have installed the latest Flash Player version by visiting the Find Version document. The second step in the document displays the version of Flash Player that you have.
